TITLE OF POSITION: SMI Case Manager
Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: SMI case managers work closely with adult clients diagnosed with severe mental illness (SMI) to assure their daily needs are met. SMI case managers connect clients to services both within and outside of the Pennyroyal Center, and when necessary, may transport clients to appointments.
