The Employee Assistance Program acts as an umbrella to help provide needed mental health services to your employees and their family. In addition to providing assessment and counseling to employees, we also include supervisor training to provide the resources needed to identify employees with personal problems affecting job performance. We also provide an orientation to employees and a letter to their family explaining the benefits of their EAP.
