Trilogy Center for Women is part of Kentucky's "Recovery Kentucky" initiative designed to help Kentuckians recover from substance abuse and rebuild their lives. Hopkinsville's Trilogy Center for Women is a Transitional Living Program with 100 beds for women with various substance addictions as well as the often related problem of homelessness. We are located just off of Highway 68-80 at 100 Trilogy Avenue next to Western State Hospital. Referrals can come from virtually any source, including the courts, social service agencies, attorneys, churches and families.
