While referrals are often made by physicians, schools and other agencies, an outside referral source is NOT necessary. Anyone may call for an appointment. Our support staff, led by Office Manager Norma Gray, will work to schedule appointments for the individual's convenience.
Emergency assessment services are available 24-hours a day. During office hours, we may be contacted at (270) 338-5211. After hours, weekends and holidays, our Emergency RESPOND Center staff are available at our toll-free number, 1-877-473-7766.
