| Continuous Care Groups are offered in the Princeton Clinic two days a week on Monday and Wednesday. These groups are for adults (18 years and up) who have a severe mental illness. The focus of this group is to educate, facilitate and support clients in daily problem solving, individual issues, communications, and relations. | |||
| Following each Continuous Care Group clients participate in Social Center activities with the focus being social skills enhancement and community intergration. | |||
| All clients who attend these programs must have an open chart at the Pennyroyal Center. Clients are referred by their Doctor/Therapist. | |||
