We Have Expanded to A Second Location!
Due to continued high demand for services, and our growing staff, we have moved some our services to a second location at 436 N. Main Street in Madisonville. The Annex will house our Substance Abuse Services, Crisis Services, Case Management and IMPACT Services. Mental Health outpatient care, Psychiatric services and our Integrated Health Program will continue to be provided at the main clinic locted on Noel Avenue.
